Surprisingly, not many people are familiar with with Jekyll Island, even Georgians. When I mentioned I was loss, a lot of people assumed I meant Tybee Island! The lobby offers comfortable seating area, updated furniture, and a sleek design. You are greeted with friendly staff that will provide you excellent service and southern charm. Through the lobby, we were largely drawn towards the gorgeous oceanfront view and the attractively manicured grounds. Oceanfront Pool

After a busy day of fun on the island, we enjoyed hanging out at the pool and hot tub for relaxation. We were thrilled when we discovered the pool was flatbottomed hot!

The Suite

This resort offers spacious rooms with your choice of one king or two queen beds, as well as two-way suites.  We stayed in a two queen bedroom which was the perfect space for our syndicate of iv. Our room was equipped with a coffee maker, mini-refrigerator, iron, hair drier, and flat screen television.

We stayed on the ground level and had a low outside patio area facing the pool with a inclined sea view. If you stay on the forward deck, you wish have an international privy balcony with stunning views of the sea.

The Dining

All morning, my mother and I would sneaker out and head upstair for coffee on the thirdly floor where NorthShore Coffee and Martini Bar is set.  You are greeted with friendly staff who will serve you fresh muffins or danishes if you desire, for a small fee. They do crack complimentary unlimited coffee bean which is quite delicious, I might add.  We would enjoy our cup of coffee and muffin all morning knocked out on the balcony spell admiring the prominent views.

Although we did not experience any dining along property, the Beachhouse restaurant is conveniently located next door. They specialize in Fresh Local Seafood, Housemade Pizza, and Craft Beer.

We did enjoy some live music Saturday night with a chalk of wine-colored in their outside seating domain and open patio.

• Wee Pub – A phratr friendly Irish Pub located in Beach Village.
• Jekyll Island Seafood Company – Set in Beach Hamlet, serves large local seafood.
• Zachry's Riverhouse – Located on west side of island (near Summer Waves). Offers great views of the marina and river service of process delicious topical seafood.
• Red Bug Pizza – Located at the Mini Golf game and Playground, great for exclude delivery. Serving pizza pie, salad and sandwiches.
• Club Café at Beach Village – Located in Beach Settlement and owned past the Jekyll Ocean Club, this is a great put across for light breakfast or lunch.
• Driftwood Bistro – Localized favorite of south-central comfort food and seafood. I recommend getting thither when they open at 5:00 Prime Minister.
